I started my love for dancing latin dances 4 years ago, starting with Salsa. I quickly grew fond of bachata but started with sensual. My love for Dominican Bachata was ignited when I realized I could express myself in the dance, even with a partner and that it is more a dance you dance together with your partner than being led. I have always had a passion for dancing. When I grew up, I danced hip hop, street and jazz.

BACHATA TEACHER
Lovisa Terävuo
I have always been intrigued by discovering different cultures and with a long background in sports I found it about time to try out what I have always liked in the background - Dancing. When I found bachata I fell in love right away and for the last 3 years I've been dedicated to the dance and community. What I like most about bachata is the playfullness and freedom I feel while dancing to the instruments. Also, its such a great space to meet new friendly people and to experience the dominican culture.
